Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and The Andrew Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Doable app for iOS (“Doable” or the “App”). By using Doable, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.

The service

Doable is an app for making plans. It provides collaborative project spaces where you and an AI agent work together to break goals into manageable steps. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Doable. By using the App, you confirm that you are 13 or older and able to agree to these Terms.

Your account

Doable uses Sign in with Apple. You’re responsible for the activity that happens under your account. Don’t share your account in ways that compromise its security, and let us know at support@trydoable.com if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

Your content

You own the content you create in Doable — your projects, plans, tasks, and conversations (“riffs”). You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the App: to store your content, sync it across your devices, share it with collaborators you invite, and process it through our AI provider to deliver the App’s features. We don’t claim ownership of your content and we don’t use it to train AI models.

You’re responsible for the content you create and for what you choose to share. When you invite collaborators to a project, they can see its contents. Don’t put content into Doable that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or that you don’t have the right to share.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Doable to do anything illegal, harmful, or abusive, including: violating others’ rights, attempting to break or overload the service, reverse-engineering the App except where the law permits, or using the AI features to generate content that’s unlawful or harmful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI features and disclaimer

Doable’s AI agent helps you plan, but it can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. It is not professional advice— legal, financial, medical, or otherwise. You’re responsible for your own decisions and for verifying anything important before you act on it.

Payment

Doable is currently free. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, any purchases will be made through Apple and governed by Apple’s terms in addition to these. Billing, renewals, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to their policies.

Third-party services

Doable relies on third-party services, including Apple (sign-in and distribution), Google Firebase (storage), and our AI provider (Anthropic, via OpenRouter). Your use of the App is also subject to those providers’ applicable terms.

Termination

You can stop using Doable at any time. To delete your account and data, email support@trydoable.com (in-app deletion is coming). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Doable is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your content will never be lost — keep your own records of anything important.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Andrew Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $50.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you agree to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
